I mix one stick with 8 ounces of cold water at work, usually after breakfast. It tastes really refreshing and honestly doesn’t taste like a supplement at all. I also love that it comes in convenient, easy-to-grab sticks, so it’s super easy to take with me on the go.
One thing I really noticed was that my skin texture looked better, and my makeup seemed to sit more smoothly on my face.
I also noticed my jeans were a little easier to button, and I didn’t have that super-tight, uncomfortable feeling in my stomach at the end of the day. I also felt like I had less of that afternoon puffy feeling.
